i heard somewhere there will be turbo models, one with a subaru badge and one with a toyota badge. boosted boxer motor with yamaha tuned heads couldn't be a bad thing.

That 6 cyl boxer subaru did was really really impressive - super smooth and very all rounded. Sounded great too.

yeah the 3ltrs sound a bit like a gtr once you get a good exhaust on them, and if you bolt 2 tdo4s on one it will make near on 300kw at the treads, and love it. And it is only marginally longer than the ej series of 4's so ft86 plus the 3.6 from a tribeca, would be a killer combo.

not with exhaust manifolds off the shelf, actually any engine parts needed for massive boost off the shelf.

I just got latest Wheels(sept 2010) and in that they say that after market research that prospective buyers would prefer a more upmarket, softer, more comfortable car WTF, who did they research???? obviously no one from this forum!!! If they had talked to me, it would be, light weight, high rpm INLINE 4cyl(strong torque from 2000rpm - 10,000rpm) sequential gearbox WITH clutch, HUGE fuck off brakes, LSD, huge competition parts option list, including coil overs, adj sus etc etc....Toyota WTF is going on?????
