    I think they do a 55 profile.

I woudl go the 195/60/14 anyway as im pretty sure its the Medium compound over the Hard in the 55

Its a bit dicey, certainly that is what is brought into the country, but shows other sizes and the UK site shows different again.

185/60/14 and 205/60/14 are officially brought into the country though.

Have used Kumho KU36's to great effect at Winton. Did 4 full track days plus one in the wet as well as 10000 odd k's on the road before I sold it for $120 (205/50/R15 size). Went to 4 year old Advan A048's and went almost 2 seconds quicker with a few other mods. Currently have Bridgestone RE55S but have yet to try them out.

Old thread but did you end up getting some 205/55's? Im contemplating getting some R888's in 205/55/14 and putting them on my 14x8's.

I've have had a set of 195/55/R15 Toyo R1R's on my daily for just over twelve months (got em late oct 2010). I drive the car fairly enthusiastically as a daily, and have run two wakefield days (with 4 or 5 10 Min Sessions in each) in the past twelve months. They are great on the track. They do get squirmish as other have said after about 3-4 laps, but that doesn't mean you still can't turn fast lap times. On the street, as Xero has said, they are ridiculous.

I cannot speak highly enough of them, and they still have plenty of depth, I'd expect to get another 6 months out em, which would equate to about 30000 Km's. Looking to get a set of separate track tyres now, and will definitely be trying the R888's before anything else.
