    pics of intercooler piping?i just bought a smalller cooler as didnt think big one like yours would work with quad front

    Yer it is a tight fit! the cooler is actually up the other way now (inlet/outlet at the bottom) due to being too tight against headlight brackets, its 450 x 300 for reference.

    I should have completed cooler piping photos by tommorow John!

    ah yeah was wondering how you managed to get outlets at top with quads!so you wont be running a front bumper? thas why i got smaller cooler,hoping to keep outlets at top and run bumper

    front bumper will still be retained! tight 90 degree bends have been welded onto the cooler in place of the straights, leaving enough room for the bumper brackets to fit on the rail as standard.
