trueno pop ups...

hey guys, dumb question, but aside form the top "face plate" what are the physical differences between the various pop ups? ie 180sx, trueno, 323, mr2

whats the major hurdles to fitting them to our 86's as genuine trueno's keep ging up in price

i think the lens is interchangable from the sounds of ebay ppl selling 180sx, trueno compatible ones ?, motor on trueno popups are came as celica think st185's they were ? same with sunroof but thats irrelvent, by face plate im guessing u mean the sheet ontop ? diff size from 180 im fair sure 180 is wider, i know some celica ones are close but shape is diff, could work with an mr2 maybe with toyotas interchangability but dno bout 323

was thinking it cant be too hard to change the bonnett face... the bit that hides the lights lol... but yeah more interested in the physical reasons we cant fit the other motors etc etc...

One of my pop up lights was stuck up for some months.... Do you reckon this would have fucked up the motor?

only if it kept trying to lower it and burnt something out???

it may have. if so get some st185 motors
