Cometic Head Gasket

I have a cometic mls metal head gasket, that was on a 4agte. After about 5 mins of run time the head was pulled off.

Now the question is, can i re-use the cometic gasket?

I have read in a few places that these gaskets can be re-used and then some people have said not too ever re-use a head gasket.

If i can't what head gasket should i go for?

Its also the higher comp gze.

There is a fair bit of crush when torqued down and this is aligned to the last position, not sure its worth the risk?
I myself wouldnt but just depends on the hassle if it doesnt seal and you have to do it again. Use Hylomar if you do....
Given the price of a new one I can understand wanting to reuse it....give them a ring to confirm.
