Got some fake blinkers for now. Im waiting for the proper ones to arrive.
Also thinking I might put some black flyscreen mesh in the front bar...
So now it is ready for a wheel alignment and tune!
Drives like a monster and Ive done basically everything I originally planned (still needs a half cage though)
The 2.5" stainless exhaust is a tad louder even though it has an extra muffler, but it sounds alot neater and tougher. I may still need to add an oval muffler under the car, or fit a silencer for general street duties.
Some pics of recent progress. The car will be at All Japan Day, and hopefully tuned shortly after so that I can hit up as many track days as possible next year.

Some updates.
I did a motorkhana a few weeks ago. Lots of fun and the car survived easily which was good to know.
I also drove it to work for the whole following week as my daily driver died.
So a full day motorkhana and 350km daily driving on one tank of fuel without any problems is always good news. Im hoping to have the final tune done by january though, which should make it run so much better.
Also now that its going ok, Ive been toying with what I want to do next.
I have thought about an s13 irs rear end. Mainly because it would be a cheap brake and rear suspension upgrade. Im not sure yet, I might just end up doing a watts link and leaving it as it is.
I also decided to repaint the wheels finally. I cant decide if I want to go with red bumpers also now, any opinions? If i do, I think Ill end up putting a silver glitter clear coat over the whole car too...
Personal 86 look better with black bars look better. Instead of yellow glitter why not gold. be baller

Yeah I like black bars better too, but it just loks weird for some reason with the dark wheels.
Maybe I need to do the top of the bars red only?
And yeah Im not sure if silver or gold glitter will look better. It would only be a small flake to add some shine...Plus it can distract the eyes from the bodgy bodywork
I think you just need a more decent Looking front bar and you'll do fine
