    Default ARP head studs Q

    I read around the place the ARP head stud bolt by the dizzy needs to be cut shorter in a bigport 16vhead GZE....true or false? If so how much shorter?

    ive never had to cut down arp studs for any 4a.

    yeah ive read this too. although when i did my engine, i didnt have to modify anything to get the CAS (essentially same as dizzy) to fit.

    there is a thread on toymods bout it.....i find it strange that some have done it, but others have not been affected...

    Thanks, that helps guys as I found it strange a company with ARP's rep would have got it wrong...!
    My suspicion is someone put one of the longer ones on the wrong side?
