Default Bloody annoying buzz thru stereo.

You know the noise, as i accel the noise chances pitch. And its getting on my nerve. I did just install a new cd player but the noise wasnt there for the first 2 days, and its appeared out of no where. I have double/triple checked all wires and nothing seems wrong.

Engine 20v with haltech loom, rwd 16v alternator.

I have also noticed a humming sound that comes and goes(especially at low idle, stupid 4puk clutch, hard to drive with) from eng/bay. I believe its the alternator area. Would you say its normal too humm when rpm drops

    Any ideas help appreciated.

its usually a power cable run to close to a speaker cable - the tone of the buzz changes with the frequency of the voltage being pumped around the car...if that makes sence.
make sure u have a clean earth aswell

    bad earth
or rcas run near power cable
    or blown output in deck.
    are you running an amp.

doesnt matter about power cable running near speaker wires. only the signal wire going to amp can make it buzz.
