Update:
after getting my car back from the body shop when they fitted my flares all the panels where in primer so this weekend i gave it a go myself in painting a panel myself just using paint in a can and some clear sanded back the panel with wett and dry 800 and away i went iam happy in how it turned out with what i used iam no painter
anyway here are the pics

Update:
so this weekend gave me the chance to get another panel sprayed up to make it look a little better
so i started rubbing it back using wett and dry 800 untill its nice and smooth and then made sure all the panel was clean
then masked it up and away i went LOL

on another note when i took the body kit off i found there was a fair bit of rust
under the left side skirt so its off to the shop tomorrow to get cut out
he said for me to take out back seats and side panel to cut costs down
