im hoping lol. yer itll be registered.
pictures, cos every1 loves them
got all the front panels off, started on the suspension and pretty well procrastinating on the engine :/
more pics tomorrow in the light of the amazing 4wd height.
T3 bits are STILL coming *sigh so hopefully can do proper sus work when they're here.
went to fit the front sway bar and it didnt fit in the castor brackets. normal? gonna drill them out more tomorrow.
suspension bits
on the trailer towed by the sickest patrol ever
nice amount of parts going into this thing.
cool cool. get this happening.
Nice litte build.
Yes it is normal for the swaybar to not slot into the castor bracket, when upgrading to a thicker size. Just need to make them a little more oval I think
been working on this all morning but ive been pretty well piss arsing around lol. rear springs and shocks are in. im pretty sure theyre only 4.5kg theyre a tad soft.
also bought a bosch 044 fuel pump. finally ordered engine mounts this morning. fair shouldve done that earlier lol. bought a whole bunch of small things for the engine like dip stick n shit.
here some pics without any panels.
dummy exhaust. defs using this.
earls oil cooler yo. ordered a sandwich plate this morning too
also found out i have the press the thing inside the thrust bearing out so i can clip it to the clutch fork [first clutch ever] so now its gotta hit the press. gdamit. it can go when i get the knuckles.
im doing this with next to no tools its a tad difficult...
looks good man are them exhaust daveys old 1s????
