my advice would be to have all your whole front the way you want and then trial fit the FMIC and walk away and look at it repeat till the right spot is found and make brackets to suit

do u want photos of coolers or of how people have done the cooler piping?
either way, this was a test fit of my 450x300x76 cooler.
ill get pics of my piping and how today some time
are you going to put back some kind of support bracket for your bonnet latch?

stealth is what you want, paint it black, this isnt a very big size just 520x220x60mm Intercooler
didnt need to mod any panels aswell, im sure quads will fit easy
I agree with your layout and the only thing in that regard to watch out for enough room in the bumper brackets. However once again what about the bonnet latch support? I have tried to use one without that support and it was terrible

Yes you have to cut a little above the hole for the pipes so the bumper brackets will fit, i am running bonnet pins and no latch, the stone guard is just touching the cooler so no chance for a latch unless you make something up.
i used to have a z32 stock front mount which sat to te drivers side of the number plate. didnt need to cut anythin to fit it and the cooler is small and not overkill like alot of peoples
