do it however you want to.

my advice would be to have all your whole front the way you want and then trial fit the FMIC and walk away and look at it repeat till the right spot is found and make brackets to suit

are you going to put back some kind of support bracket for your bonnet latch?

stealth is what you want, paint it black, this isnt a very big size just 520x220x60mm Intercooler

didnt need to mod any panels aswell, im sure quads will fit easy

your best bet will be to have the pipeing at the bottom, otherwise it will interfeer with headlights, mine fits behind everything, i just made new brackets for my bumper and cut abit off the bottom of the bonnet release, works good, you wouldnt even no its there.

I agree with your layout and the only thing in that regard to watch out for enough room in the bumper brackets. However once again what about the bonnet latch support? I have tried to use one without that support and it was terrible

Yes you have to cut a little above the hole for the pipes so the bumper brackets will fit, i am running bonnet pins and no latch, the stone guard is just touching the cooler so no chance for a latch unless you make something up.
