hey guys just wondering if there was a stock 13inch rim that 240/570/r13 slicks will fit on or do i have to get my rim made wider? also i know the profile says 570. why is that. normally doesnt it say 50 or 65's?thanx

Nah, you read slicks like so:
Width/AspectRatio/RimDiameter.
I.e. you have 240mm wide slicks, with an overall diameter (AspectRatio) of 570mm and to be mounted to a 13" rim.
They are roughly a 240/50/13 in the road tyre measurements.

ahh awesome. so does anybody know if there is a rim the theese will fit? otherwise its over $300 to get a pair of rims made wider

buy some 13x7s and you should be able to get them on. obviously dont care what type of wheel they are so just buy some second hand cheviots or something.
i have a mint pair of 13x8 ssr mk2s, probably out of your price range if your trying to do it on a budget though.
Even on an 8 you will have the sidewalls pulling in too much.
these are designed for a 9 or a 10.
that being said, I have put these on a 13 x 6, but they look shithouse.
on a 13 x 7 they look a little better, but still a bit sad...
If you get 180 wide, you will find them more suitable
