    Default Trailing Arm Troubles

    Hey everybody,
I thought a rose-jointed 4link setup would be easy to install but I'm having a bit of trouble putting them in. Sad face.

Firstly, the lower-arm diff bush is turning on the tube rather than the bolt turning within the bush. So the 19mm bolt won't come out. Any idea/tips on how I can remove it? I tried bashing it out but it's pretty wedged in there.

The pic below shows the successful arm that came out but the tube was also pretty loose.

Secondly, the 19mm bolt has a larger diameter than the 17mm and so it won't fit in my link. Is it ok to remove the spacer and have the bolt that fits loose within the link? Pics below.

Any tips/suggestions would help a lot.
    Thanks
    Svenmate

Yeah was thinking of melting bush then hammer again.
Anyone got an idea on the spacer issue? I'm thinking of just finding another 17mm bolt from somewhere..

a loose bolt would defeat the purpose of rose joints and bushes :/
make sure you track down the right size.

i had similar issues with my traction brackets. standard toyota stuff are 17mm as sam said. the bolts that came with the traction bracket are 19mm and seem plated thus a little thicker. i ended up enlarging the holes in the mounts only slights and used a shit load of wd40 to get them in, just don't force them, you will know if they will fit or not.
