you wont notice,
just like going from rubber bushes to poly bushes
feels tighter but not harsh etc
I'm thinking of getting a Cusco or Techno Pro Spirit engine mounts it suppose to be 40-50% harder than the original Toyota one. Anyone here have them in their car? What do you think of it? Any increase in vibration or noise compare to original Toyota one?

I have some TRD mounts for sale if your interested, quite a lot firmer than stock.
When I ran one I found during acceleration I didn't have any extra noise or harshness but on deacceleration it vibrated a little more.

been told by my engine builder, the way the engine mount into the bay it slots in like a V shape and also the motor not weighing much, the 4age does not move much .. new oem engine mounts are more then enough , but if you can get the trd / uprated ones for cheap then i dont see why not.
just dont get solid one .. very bad for the motor ... unless every part of the motor has been balanced with each other even then i wouldnt do it unlessi was chasing after every hp and didnt mind rebuilding it every so often.

Soild mounts are the worst fucking thing ever. Worst mod ever made to my car. So glad Ive gone back to rubber mounts with the beams.

Just weld a peice of metal on both sides between the two parallel bits of metal on the engine mounts
Free solid mounts.....
