Default brake upgrade using ae86 struts

    hey,
i am looking to do a brake upgrade on my e7, i have a set of ae86 struts and i was thinking jdm calipers but is there anyway to bolt up xt130 brakes to ae86 struts and run jdm slotted rotors. If not what are the differences in the xt130 struts to ae86 as i an going to do coilover conversion. So aslong as i get them to fit in it will work.

if you want xt130 brakes you'd be much better off buying xt130 struts, the calipers don't bolt up so you'd need some form of custom caliper mount, and you can't use something out of your backyard cause if the adaptor fails YOU'LL DIE!!!!!! so either go jap shit or save up coin and run rx7 calipers, for more info on rx7 upgrade do a search, i don't want to have to search for you

i know about the RX7 upgrade,
cant fit most 14" wheels, and its very pricey to get it set up right.
so XT130 struts to run XT brakes can you get vented/slotted discs off the shelf?
looks like im selling my AE struts lol

    just found this thread...

    looks like:
    XT130 strut,
    4 pot hilux brakes
    Peugeot rotors

and can still fit 14" wheels
    seems to be the way
