    I should add to this, as it has been like 18months since!

    Other parts that have gone in/changed:

    Whiteline Rear swaybar 18mm
    Polyurethane Rear trailing arm bushes
    Polyurethane Panhard bushes
    Polyurethane Rack mount bushes
    190mm 7kg Rear springs

    Pros: RIDICULOUS increase in stability, firmer and more predictable body roll.
    Cons: Oversteery. Need's 9kg's up front and the rest of the bushes up front changed (have castor rod and LCA's both ready to go in)

    coudnt i use the spacer for the shock to save cutting the struts

    sundee86 from spirited drive [sponsor] sells all the stuff.

    Car: ke70
    Car use (e.g grip/drift): track drift
    Front Struts: xt130 coilovers
    Spring Rate/ Free Height: regular shocks with helper springs and 8kg coil springs.
    Inserts (brand/model): nfi?
    LCA's: xt130
    RCA's (size if you have them): ajps 40mm
    Strut Tops: t3 camber tops
    Front Sway Bar: 24mm whiteline
    Castor Arms: techno toy rose jointed

    Rear Springs: ajps 4.5/6kg?
    Rear Shocks: boge short stroke
    Panhard Rod: ajps adj.
    4 Link: zilch

    Bracing: front kelway, rear unknown

    Pro's: should get really effin sideways
    Con's: track car means to the bottom of the street and back or expensive track days + not done.

    Extra Comments: also got t3 knuckles and outer tie rods, need inner tie rods , wrack spacer and 86 rack.

    Spring Rate/ Free Height:10?kg coil springs. very fucking stiff, when i push down on the guard the car doesnt move.
    Inserts (brand/model): kyb trd blues, want grees tho.
    LCA's: st130 (same as standard)
    RCA's (size if you have them): no thanks
    Strut Tops: tien
    Front Sway Bar: standard
    Castor Arms: standard

    Rear Springs: king springs lows with 2.5 coils cut off.
    Rear Shocks: koni
    Panhard Rod: custom made by penrith city customs from a commadore rod with a adjuster put in a nd superpro bushes( all up cost me $70,)
    4 Link: standard

    Bracing: none

    Pro's: i can drift in it.
    Con's: to many, front springs are great for sydneys roads

    Extra Comments: also got t3 knuckles and outer tie rods, upgraded rack bushes.

    Toe:-2mm
