    Inserts: AE92 TRD Yellow Insert.
    LCA's: XT130
    RCA's : 40mm.
    Strut Tops: Cusco camber tops.

    Rear Springs: 6kg spring 200mm.
Rear Shocks: TRD Blue 8 way adjust.

Pro's: Stiff enough for the track. adjustability.
Con's: I live halway in the bush so the roads really suck + my DRIVEWAY! (tar laid down soon swoit!)

Extra Comments:only other thing i wil be upgrading is sway bars and bushes all round.
I should add to this, as it has been like 18months since!

Other parts that have gone in/changed:

    Whiteline Rear swaybar 18mm
    Polyurethane Rear trailing arm bushes
    Polyurethane Panhard bushes
    Polyurethane Rack mount bushes
    190mm 7kg Rear springs

Pros: RIDICULOUS increase in stability, firmer and more predictable body roll.
Cons: Oversteery. Need's 9kg's up front and the rest of the bushes up front changed (have castor rod and LCA's both ready to go in)
