yeah. with those spring rates it works pretty good. a bigger rear bar to go with it would make it better. but im changing spring rates so..

ditch the heros for steerers, dip in your pockets and run something, decent, a federal 595 is better and only around 30 per tyre more, or adrenalines, or if your running 15s and go all out with r1rs haha

but seriously, there is no way you car shouldnt turn em, what trye pressures do you run, theres a big difference from 32-36 psi

I tried for ages to get some, federal dealer kept telling me they don't stock them anymore in 14's so i opted for the HZ1's, can't complain about them though. Were awesome in super heavy rain at QR and then awesome in the dry.

    Car: AE86
    Car use: non-drift/daily
    Front Struts: AE86, TRD coilover
    Spring Rate/ Free Height: ~8kg/mm, 200mm
    Inserts: Tokico HTS 102F
    LCA's: XT130, RA40 rack ends
    RCA's: T3 33mm
    Strut Tops: Cusco normal caster
Front Sway Bar: 21mm Stock, urethane bushes
    Castor Arms: Stock

    Rear Springs: TRD ~6kg/mm
    Rear Shocks: TRD Blue 8way
    Panhard Rod: Whiteline
4 Link: Whiteline solid lowers, adjustable uppers, urethane bushes
    Tractions brackets: T3
    Rear sway bar: 13mm Stock

Bracing: Whiteline strut brace, Cusco half cage

Pro's: Plenty of grip, very direct
    Con's: Little stiff at times

Extra Comments: Did previously run 24mm front and 18mm rear Whiteline ARB's and the car handles much better without them. Rear could probably go a little bigger, maybe ~15mm.

    Car: AE71 1983 Slanty
    Car use (e.g grip/drift): Daily/Grip.
Front Struts:AE86 Coilover cut to suit ae92/st185-205/short stroke 86 shocks. Suits body length of 332mm with no spacer.
Spring Rate/ Free Height:approx 6kg rate possibly eibach.
Inserts (brand/model):Koni Sport ST185 adjustables (yellow)
    LCA's:XT130 with original Toyota balljoints.
RCA's (size if you have them): 30mm Techno Toy Tuning
Strut Tops: Tein Caster added for ae86 which suits ke70/ae71 perfectly.
    Front Sway Bar: Stock.
    Castor Armstock.

Rear Springs: Superlow Kings fairly soft.
Rear Shocks: Koni Sport AE86 adjustables (yellow)
    Panhard Rod: Whiteline Adjustables
4 Linktock lowers with Nolathane Bushes. Adjustable upper whitelines with the urethane bushes.

Bracing: Strut brace, and a towbar with the tongue removed to stiffen the rear end and protect the fuel tank from rear enders. Saved my life once already.

Steering Stuff: Rebuilt ae71 rack and pinion with Quaife parts (2.5 lock to lock). AE71 Rack ends, RA40/KE30/XT130 tie rod ends and link tubes. STD ae86 steering arms.

Pro's: Good all rounder. Nimble steering but a little sensitive over 160klm/hr, but still quite safe.
Con's: Set at highest possible ride height and still quite low. Still above 100mm though.
