just import one. bout 12k landed i reckon.

and in all honesty... ive driven one and there not that much smaller than a ke70... or really worth over 6k au. they look rad and if i found one in my price range i would already have it over from japan right now but i didnt and the amount of work you'd put into bringing one over you could build 2 4age ke70's with all the fruit.

as far as im concerned i could of bought this kp61 with a 4age, cage, coilovers all round, racing seats, mint shell already painted for 450k yen which in aussie is about 6k au. and thats before getting it to my mates export yard, costs in moving it, putting it into a container (which i had pretty epic rates for) get it her and compliy looking at 10k easy.

or i could build a beams t142 corona which i should have change from 7 ~ 8k including wheels, rego and on the road.

if you really REALLY want one, maybe look at NZ, there is heaps over there, apperently shipping back from there is more expensive than from japan but the price of them over there compaired to japan (400k min unless its a shitta) is huge. soooo much cheaper.

np. even with supre cheap container space and mates rates on everything else, getting a mint one thats worth wild is def. worth coin over there... they are very sort after.

get a continer from NZ. put two in, a few parts. and maybe sell one when you get them both compliyed. a decent one i wouldnt see a problem in charging like 8k for it, if you've done the leg work to get it regoed

basically what John said, the only way your going to get one over here is import. To get a average 2 door it still will stand you in around the 10k. You would have to be a die hard fan... saying that i've thought about it many times.

yeah im very keen on one but as you both say it really isnt a viable thing to do unless you have alot of cash.

10k is about all i could afford and to get one here is going to cost more then that by the sounds of it and thats without trying to rego it.
