you could ask around to people that have jap dildo knobs. all jap dildo knobs i have bought and sold came with thread adapters. but for ease sack just drill and tap a bolt.

I just bought mine from my friend, straight up. But yeah, I know they are around.
Eh, it really won't be hard just to get an M12x1.25 fine bolt and tap a thread into it.

Simply for ease and less fucking around TBH. I can be kinda lazy like that. The problem with drilling and tapping a M10 hole into a M12 bolt is you dont have a very thick wall going over the M10 thread.

Another option is to linish the M10 nissan thread off, weld a 12mm O/D sleeve (Say a piece of 12mm hollow round bar with a 2mm wall) over the shifter itself and run M12 x 1.25 die nut down it.

That seams like even more fucking around to be honest.
I don't think it has to be incredibly strong, so it will do. I think.
Thanks for the help though man, appreciate it.

    Sam Q to the rescue.
i was going to say, if you are REAL desperate and moneys not an issue that i could buy you a dildo knob here with thread adapters, but sam's option is FAR better.

I did something similar - found a black gear nob off a forklift and wrapped push bike rim tape (covers the spokes, material tape ~1.5 mm thick) around the treaded section and a little lower and screwed it on - worked a treat
