got borgy back today wit mounts relocated and minispool fitted all ready to go
did u get the borgy shortened????, ive got the same diff and not getting it shortened so wondering what wheels u plan on runnin mate???

got bout 10mm taken off each side cos thats all they could safely take off without needing to get it resplined and heat treated.. its basically just the borgy centre with th tubes cut off and the ke ones welded on then skyline axles put inside ke tubes...
doin it that way saved all the messing round of having to make a jig to get all the mounts perfect, this is how the toyoland one was done apparently.
not sure wat wheels im gonna run yet but ill be gettin guards flared so it shouldnt matter to much
fair enuf, yeah im not shortening mine, and plan to run 15 x 7 0 offset , working it out, that should put those rims with a 185/55/15, about 20 - 25mm out of the guard with out a flare, so ull be sweet with it being slightly shortened

awesome idea with the diff. how do you go about getting the right bearing to fit onto the tubes and the seals?
T18 in the build
no idea boss did it all i jst gave hom the 2 diffs and they did it
got diff in and bought some springs..
in bout 2 weeks getting front and rear guards flared and firewall work done so motor will fit in nicely with room to change gearbox, clutch ect..
got some vs commo calipers on, hydro soon
