    could i trouble you for turbo feed pic and also where you are getting water for the turbo?

    are you using a heater or are you going to cut the excess little metal lines of the back of the water pump
    stroked 2L ca18-ae86 in the build...eta xmas 2012?

    Might be some pics further back in this thread, unless you want to see on the turbo itself for the oil feed? Otherwise give me some more info and ill take some pics (basically just using the oil pressure sender location as a feed point with a floating t-piece to re-mount the stock sender - no chance of the T snapping off into block).

    Water is being t'ed into the existing heater lines (i am running heater, pic sorta looks like i'm not). Going to use the Kilkenny Castings T adaptor, 2x5/8" and 1x 3/8" fitting (p/n KC142 - ). Finalised a lot of the water setup today, but still waiting on the T piece to come in (ordered from repco).

    Will get a pic up soon.

    yeh makes sense now. i was just looking for where people have tapped their water lines from as i am not running a heater i am blocking off the rear head outlet and welding on a fitting for water feed to turbo and where i have to block off the back of the water pump i was going to weld a fitting there for the water return.

    Pic of my water T's location for turbo


    Intake side all cleaned up and finally bolted down (starting to look somewhat complete)



    Didn't like the 90deg barbs for water lines, so I got a 45 and 120 speedflow items instead.



    Also got some heat shield sleeving for the water hoses when they run near the turbo


    Might make a bracket for waste gate later today if I get time.

    No problem

    Water setup is complete now, just did some other things here and there.

    ..........But ran into a slight (hopefully) problem. Need some injector plugs for 4agze/7mgte injectors. Thought my smallport 4age ones were the same but they aren't. If anyone has some laying around (must have at least an inch of wire, preferably more) let me know. Still can use the smallport ones if need be, just have to cut the clip off and zip tie them down
