Alright, maybe this post will be a little more comprehensible.
    Question #1

On the drivers side of the panhard rod there is a nut, bolt and a bush. I need to source the nut and bolt. Is my only option to call Toyota spare parts? I can't find an AE wreck and doubt Toyota would be able to help me out.

    Question #2
On the drivers side of the panhard rod there is a metal sleeve - I have a new urethane bush, do I remove the metal sleeve and bin it then put the new bush in, or is the metal sleeve still needed?

Any help would be appreciated, I've run out of other work to do on the car and this is starting to really shit me

just got to bunnings or some place that sells bolts. buy a bolt the same diameter with matching nut. i like to use nyloc nuts just for extra extraness

make sure its long enough and HIGH TENSILE

doesnt have to be genuine, its just a nut and bolt

yeah will probably end up doing just that, reckon i'll find one that's only threaded half the way down the bolt? - loctite/nyloc for the win.
question #2 still remains: do I piss off that metal sleeve?

    question #3
On the PASSENGER side what nut do I need - cant just grab one from bunnings as it goes onto this thing

not the answer I was looking for.
something more along the lines a pitch and gauge would be more on the money (not trying to be rude but I did ask some pretty specific questions)

question #2 and #3 still remain

yes you still need the sleeve. all you have to do is get a bolt that fits perfectly in that sleeve. it doesnt matter if its threaded all the way or half way. as long as its high tensile it will be strong enough.

and for that nut take one of the nuts off of your trailing arm bolts. pretty sure its the same size. just try it. if it works take that to bunnings with you when you get oyur other bolt. its like 12x1.25 or something

thanks h8chi - I'll take the nut off my trailing arm and stick it on to see if it's the same, then hit up bunnings tomorrow morning and purchase my high tensile bolt/nut and try to get something the same as my trailing arm nut
    legend!

so THIS metal sleeve doesn't come out then? - just making sure your not be talking about the gold sleeve inside my new bushes
