Today, Rebuilt the coilovers.
After realising why my car has always been so over-steer prone - the "8kg" coilovers ive been running for 3 years were actually 7kg.
So, bought some 9KG 200mm for $200
Chucked some AGX shocks in, made new spacers to space the shocks DOWN not up!!
And presto:
Spend another half a day mushrooming tierods and wrestling bolts and we end up with this:
Coilovers obviously went in with my refreshed xt130 LCA's, Power steer arms and rebushed castor rods. Also got 50mm AJPS RCA's now aswel
Also, needs a buuuunch more low, didnt realise going from 7 to 9 would make such a difference! (i didnt move the collars down at all, lost the tools lol).
And then this arvo got the whole stocko rear end out in prep for 4.8's rear end!
Off to WATCH some skids tomorrow
Then hopefully get stuck into cosmetic stuff in the arvo
