How the shit do you guys take wheels apart, everythime i go to play with old volks the bolt spilts. Or am i doing it wrong?

I Got 31/40 Bolts out with an impact wrench (decent air one)

the other 9 i had to actually drill out!

Now i gotta find a place that does the bolts/nuts... i've been into two bolt places now that have given me blank stares hahaha?
