fuck yeah that's what i'm hitting up! how big do you want the guards? if there's no filler in them and yo only want a slight pull or a lip i can do it pretty easily, if you want any bigger might be worth going to a actual body shop, pm me broseph

I suggest a hammer and dolly, the rear guards have a split on them and they don't like poles, you could use a pole, but start off small.

I am having rear guard flaring issues too on my 86.....

I just got a quote from a body shop to flare my rear guards on my AE86 to suit 15x8 -13 rims........ $1100 per side......
    Then went to another shop,
He said he wouldn't even do a job like that, too much time and would just cost too much......

The pole is sounding pretty good at this point.......

just get a hammer and smash the inner lip flat and if you want flare keep smashing. use something heavy on the other side to support it, a brick wrapped in a towel or something like that. and a good gimpie hammer some strong arms and aim for around 1 hour per side. paint will fly off but thats all good.and then bog smooth. then seal up the undersides with sealer or silicon so stop water ingress. its brutal makes you feel manly and makes your wheels fit.

    and its free!!!

Yeah Daz, i've been reading this alot. I guess it just comes down to I am too much of a pussy to start beating the shit out of my car myself..... lol

From what you've said above, It still wouldn't be 'free'. With the 'paint flying off', the panel would need a respray again. Engine and mechanical work I do myself, but bodywork is most def not my skilled area....

Come on fellas, push me harder so i take the plunge to do it myself. Abuse me, make me feel like shit, tell me i should be driving a Pulsar and not an 86, tell me that with all my hard work, my car will always look like shit, get me angry to the point where I want to start beating stuff.....

Any 'GOOD' videos online that I can work off?
