Sounds good. Have you worked out what ones to use for the application of AE86 with lowered suspension? Also, prices.

No, are you aware of alternative applications to suit a lowered 86?

Price on the regular Koni Yellow Sports to suit is $259 each for the fronts, and $165 each for the rears.

They're not a specific shorter shocks, but most Koni's are made slightly shorter to cope with lowered springs. More importantly is to make sure the strut bumpstops are firstly, there, and secondly in good condition.

you will find in this market, people will want you to supply shorter stroke and body lenghts.

if you can get them for ae92, or st185, these seem to be the best to options. (thats for a front insert)

on a personal note. can you supply koni yellow externally adjustable for mk1 golf at all? (say 1980 model). front inserts and rears

The koni yellow is a great shock but, It is a longstroke, & suited to hard road or Rally use,
As good a long stroke shock as you can get up front, they do make em for ae92, Ive heard of them on ST185 but not seen them or heard feedback.

    - AE92 Front Koni Yellow $295 each
    - ST185 Front Koni Yellow $295 each
    - Mk1 Golf Front NLA
    - Mk1 Golf Rear Yellow $185 each

Also, by rally you mean tarmac right? Koni's would be the last thing I'd put in a gravel rally car (especially FWD) with their very small fluid capacity and small diameter pistons. I'd put a KYB in gravel rally car before I put a Koni in. Fine on tarmac, but regardless of travel, I'd never use them in gravel car, you'd break them way too quick.
