stroked 2L ca18-ae86 in the build...eta xmas 2012?
Put it this way on max high they would just be legal height.
People are saying the damper is too soft on them not sure might get some anyways.
Cut the other door up and started on the instustion bar any idea how to get them out without cutting cause I'm a gumby and it sits tight agaist the door skin.
I really wanna get 800kg without cage hope It won't be too hard. So far I have fierglass hatch bonnet and s fiberglass n2 kit.
Need to get some lexan for the windows.
Don't you like my idea johl?
yeh man i like what you are doing. i am just critical sometimes. i'm just not sure i would cut out the webbing in the rear as there isnt really anything to support the rear panels left. i think if you had a slight knock to the rear it will cause massive damage as there is no reinforcement left in this area.
is it a track car or will it have "rego"?
i remember reading someones build who was at 840kg with a cage from ages ago... i cant remember who it was but it was on the old forums

rthy there is a few 16 inch ssr meshies on yahoo, enought to make a good sized pair.
What bit you talking about cal, the little gay bits that go to the arch are pointless, they provide structure for the seat mounts and not much else, the reo on the other hand is critical, and not worth removing as you'll put more weight in re-enforcing it.
Check my thread in the tech section.
Wont have rego.
