yea they seemed the same at first but then the ra40 center looked bigger and wouldnt fit and it also seems that the bolts dont line up and that?
and other suggestions?
thanks
I surgest that the T-18 diff had been swapped for a smaller one (not T series), or the Celica diff had been swapped with a bigger one.
How many bolts? How many sun gears? Diameter of the crown wheel roughly?
yeah im now beginning to think that aswell man cause apparently t-series have 10 bolt right mine one has 8 bolts bt it looks like the same as the t-series tho????
any ideas way diff it is or wat car it comes off coz it has a nose cone like the t-series and plus when i bought my t-18 i thought it had a t-series diff???
thanks anyways im full shattered now
8 bolts = S series. Someone has swapped the diff with their Sprinter, or some other import.
no it looks like a t-series diff exact just every part of it is smaller wtf??
it def not a borgy cause i've worked wit them it doesnt have that cone shape like style as the t-series
yup all sorted........... in conclusion i apparently have an s-series diff in my t-18 cause the f*cking seller dogged my hard. thanks for the kick in the balls everyone have a nice night.
All Toyota diffs look the same. Just different sizes.
