in california we do actually lol.
if you get approval from your doctor to smoke marijuana for what ever disability you have, you're allowed to grow a certai amount. and youre also able to sell to local cannabis shops.

Similar thing happened to me
went to a local burnout area and undercover cops followed us in (apparently they were waiting out front for drug deal)
anyway, they searched us ect, and nothing came of it
1 year later i was pulled over on a go-ped, and cop said if my record was clear (bar my current loss of license which is why i was on the go-ped) i would be ok.
anyway, turns out i had "suspection of drug dealer" BS on my record, Cop still let me off though
anyway, its illegal to have that kind of shit on your record after a time, so you write a letter saying "i was suspected, but you guys found dick and now have no reason for that to be there"
and they will write back saying its permanently been deleted from your record.
i would do that..... no point having that shit against your name.
bout 20 minutes ago on my way home,
driving along the light at the intersection turned orange so i went through at a reasonable pace getting somewhat loose as i turned left BAM! cop pulls a u turn instantly, i thought i was fucked for sure since he picked it up straight away.
i pulled over turned the car off(crack in exhaust, car sounds like ass), he walks up has a look at the car and his eyeballs almost fell out of his head, than he comes up to the window, persists to say you were fishtailing back there,
i said "sorry sir i was trying to make the light, it was a stupid thing to do"
cop:did you know its illegal to go through orange lights?
"no sorry i wasnt aware of that"
cop: your car registered?
"yeh i just dont have a sticker"
"sorry about what happened i was going to get a new exhaust and i drove 40 minutes to find out its the wrong one"
he than says well your on your p's so you dont wanna lose your license, have a good night.

AFAIK, you HAVE to stop at an orange light unless it is unsafe to do so.
So if you floor it through the orange, and the cop determines that you clearly could have stopped safely, well then your kind of fucked.
you only have to stop if you can do so without out causing due stress to yourself or other drivers (say that to the cop, you might be suprised) however if you excellerate through an amber light, you have time to stop.
I got done for carrying an extra passenger 4 days before I moved onto my green P's, causing me to loose my licence, and another year put onto my P's... ily Victoria!
