one thing id like to add.

i recenetly bought a 4age headgasket through a local engine shop and they had 2 different part numbers for them. one for "early" and one for "late"

i assume it was bigport and smallport but yer there was definatly 2 seperate part numbers availablue. i think the brand i ended up getting was "durapro".

i ended up saying early model, cause its a bigport, and no problems so far.

is there any chance that people are able to post pics of a 16 valve and 20 valve head gaskets as a reference for others?

Sprinter86: I have heard that the cooling holes in the "20v gasket" actually suit a 16v instead, be carefull. What thickness is it meant to be anyway?

H8CHIR6KU: there used to be a picture floating around on the forums somewhere, I will see if I can dig it up
