yeah he built a new tunnel for it.
its really no different to mine. just appers alittle lower due to the taller engine bay.

yeah i vaquely remembered something about the auto box ke70 tunels being bigger and the 6 speed fitte with some mild massaging, but it looks like he built a full tunnel for it .....

i call bullshit on the auto tunnel being bigger. i dont think they would of gone to the troble of moulding 2 different floor pans.
the issue is the height of the gearbox. it is possable to get the 6sp and beams in the tunnel probley without or minimal bashing.
but sump will hang 2inch further down. you can get as low as andys setup with a wet sump just have to run the car super high. andys tunnel is untouched with w58 and clears by miles i think.
yeah, but i doubt i can convince the mrs i need a drysump beams in my daily

i said wet sump... if its your daily then you will be running pretty high yes?
that whole alloy sump bit can be chopped out. i would of done that with mine but id rather more low.
