Default Will this Bride seat fit into AE86 Trueno?

Hey guys, i have one question that I am curious to know...

I am planning to buy BRIDE GARDIS III bucket seat for my 86 and I am worried about the pillars on the head of the seat would hit the door side...
I marked the pillars I am talking about on the pic....

And I wonder if that bit would hit the doors during closing....
Would be appreciate if any1 has one of these or know that it wont be a problem if I install it onto my 86....

one ugly ass seat... and would really compromise movement if you could get in an 86. Just go a more basic bride, tried and tested.. and suit the ae86 period style

    Question

^i agree, that seat if you could get it in would Fail for visibility, reversing ect.

BRIDE CUGA looks more suitable for an ae86 sizewise.

is it a daily or track car? i would only use that seat if i was in a competition with no other cars on the track cuz there is no way you'de be able to turn ur head to see anything.

try a zeta3. thats what i just got. awesome seats

Reversing wont be a problem though,,,
it's a daily car and Iam used to those kind of seat even during reversing....

fair point about the track bit where looking back though....

I might take a look on the Zeta though,,,

can any1 who has a spare time try to get me a measurement of the driver side wideness...
i checked the sizing chart its 585 (in mm i believe)....

    the seat will fit.
the head protector is only as wide as the shoulders of the seat and you'll have a good 100mm (4") between the shoulders of the seat and door.
you will not be able to turn your head at all. reversing will be impossible unless you know how to use the force or an advocate of touch parking.
you will not be able to head check to change lanes either.
and you seat belt wont sit properly and will not retract fully.
