if your willing to pay postage man just go see a diff shop , its so cheap to get a diff shortened and hangers changed . just go pick up an r31 diff and take your stock one in theyll make it all to the same geometry as your standard

thats a joke man , go to a general fabrication place you should be able to get hangers changed for less than 300 dollars , get some measurements of standard diff drum to drum and a skyline one drum to drum .

the thing you have to realize is that turbo or not diffs dont often brake from power they brake from shock loading so spinning the wheels from dirt to bitumen can be a killer , however in such a light car i doubt youll have much drama. skylines have a pretty strong diff as do hilux's and alike .

i doubt a fabricator would do half as good job for under 300, considering most diffs shops would make up a jig for it. having said that i may ask around you never know.
i managed to break my t-series with my na setup so i dont want that happening again - the problem lies with such a small pinion gear coupled with high ratios only giving very little teeth engagement. (ie. higher the ratio -> weaker the diff)

i second the fabricator, my fabricator shortened almost 100mm of both sides of my diff in my torana to suit my rims and i personally think he did a better job then any diff shop, there's not much to shorting a diff housing, think i only paid $250 or their abouts
