The wheels, I believe are TRM C1 in 15x7 et25, which is considered to be a pretty ideal fitment for track use on E30's.
They're also available in 15x8 et20, for $396USD a set. Shipping couldn't be much more than $300, right? I can see why so many people run them. Looking like a good, cheap wheel with a relatively light weight. 15x8's are only 6.8kg each.
