Default Pipe Beading Tool (Intercooler Pipe Beading)

Hey guys I've recently been mounting my intercooler on my KE70. I bought a universal piping kit from ebay that has 2 of everything. Now most of them are too long and need cutting down.
So I searched around for a pipe beading tool and the cheapest was like $140 which I can't warrant for minimal use. I searched on here and found nothing but a google search revealed a few sites showing this easy DIY tool. I know how most of us on here love DIY and saving money doing home jobs of anything we can.

    So all you need is:
    1 Pair of Vice Grips
    1 Large Washer
1 Exhaust clamp to the size pipe you have

Photos from some site performance forums.

I made a set myself it is a pain in the butt to use them. You just close them and re open them all the way around. Takes between 5-10mins each. Still it cost me $0 since I had all the bits laying around.

Yeah but what if you don't have a beading tool like me?

On ebay and at shops its like $150 cheapest I could find for a beading tool. I've got one at work but its too large the smallest wheel is 5" diameter. So as a cheap alternative this is the best costing No more than $10 and a bit of elbow grease.

^ cant argue with that ...........but what i was trying to say though is just run some weld lines at the end of the piping does the job awesome and is a lot easier when you working with thicker material
