Order that as paintwork and it will cost a fortune.

What you see on that car would be $400 worth of printed vinyl and about 2 days labour for two guys to do the "wrap"

About the paint...Is it like that to try disguise any body lines/shape etc whilst they are still test driving/prototyping?

It isn't paint. Its printed vinyl - same stuff they do car stickers / wraps with

And yeah, its to hide the styling while they are test driving it in public.

Yeah vinyl - I knew that, but my mind made me write Paint. No one would spend the time to paint a car like that especially when it is just for a disguise.

First time I have seen a car like that though, guess I haven't paid much attention to new car releases until the FT86.




Edit: I do actually like how it is coming along though. Only thing I don't fully like is that the back end looks a bit bubble-ish, but hey, I'm sure it'll be changed again between now and release. Either way I'd have one if I could afford it
