(S.A) RT142 CORONA WAGON, MANUAL 2.4L EFI! not just a poser! be a big boss!
HEY up for sale is my rt142 corona wagon, manual 2.4l.
Recently had this up for sale a couple of months ago but pulled out of selling it as the car i wanted to get was sold and conveniently gained interest in it and started doing handling mods and getting it running better/cooler.
. it comes standard with a hilux motor and gearbox (22re) and we all know how reliable hilux's are and they never die, as top gear proved!its used as my daily car very reliable never had a issue with it.
.the engine is a 22RE with loads of tourqe, its a csi model witch pretty much a faster ke,engine has done 210xxxkms witch is fair low compared to most of them( and i have seen some over 400xxx and going strong) and no stupid leaf springs, coils all round unlike the ke wagons.
.it has recently had engine oil and oil filter and spark plugs done and cleaned o2 and afm sensor and also put a pod on it and could not run any better. has alarm and immobilizer.
.In the last month i have, put
.gt gas Munroe shock inserts with king springs all round, very stiff and is the best handling car i have ever owned ( out of a chaser, s13, ae86,ke)etc has to be driven to be believed.
.new nolathane rear bushes, pahnard ect ect.
. Mx73 front lip
.8mm ignition leads
.also put a new diff in it with 4.11 diff gears makes it alot quicker of the line, along with new diff oil.
. a new boss kit and auto technia steering wheel.
.high flow thermostat, along with a cold air intake.
.new brake booster, clutch master, and a fairly new battery.
CAR DOES NOT COME WITH WHEELS, WILL COME ON STOCKIES.
.it has a dent in the passenger front door as showed in the pictures below apart from that its mint no rust at all!
Inertia is good (just a little stain here n there)
Very well maintained its only my daily to putt around in so no locked diff or any of that crap, also has towbar and dare say it would tow a truck .
