Kinda, I would be paid better if I was "In-house" but being a contracter means I have less "conflict of interest" if I take on extra work with other departments/companys

orido - Coz I work a rotation, days then nights then few days off.

Gotta come back to work on saturday for some stupid thing then one of they guys is taking sunday night off so I'll work that too. Plus I have to head out to another fella's property to rid some pests at some point too.
