in decent condition must have the seals, valley cover and bolts to match.
i have the covers. theyre a bit ratty but you can have them for $35 posted.
these were the same, took 1 minute with the wire wheel and $8 worth of paint to make look like this
i can probably give you the nuts.
seals for the covers and under the bolts are available new from acl (cheap)
there are no bolts. theyre studs which hold down the cam caps.. so yeah have the nuts, but not the studs.
just let me know of you want them. i dont have the plug cover though.
