    man this is one job im not looking forward to once i get mine...
    mind u for extra weight loss im also removing the dash.... heater... air con etc etc

    only having 2 seats.... but then it will have an 8 point+ roll cage and many other bits on it so that will probably add the weight back on.

    still... sounds like a bit of a prick of a job... how long has everyone spent on it?

    exactly
    i am currently removing the deadening from my starlet (old rwd kp61)
    it also shows up quite a bit of rust that needs repairing in the drivers wheel well
    at times i wonder if the sound deadening is the only stuff holding my cars together...
