Took the sprinter for a spin on the weekend on the Clubman track at Queensland Raceway. The brake pads work really well... they seemed just as good on the first lap as the last... no heat up required... they are simply the best brake pads i've ever used...
If you want top notch braking performance from ur hachi.... u cant go past these... although these are not cheap... but for me.... its doing the job of a street pad and a track pad... Very highly recommanded!!

If anyone want these pads...give David from AJPS a call... he's name is truenosedan on the forum...

Haha... they havent yet due to a snapped throttle cable... but i'm sure they'll give me around 0.5 sec.... Absolutely kills the race brakes rb74 and the endless ss-m....
Its hard to explain how good they're are.... I even braked extra hard (slower corner entry) just to try to induce fade.... the pedal remained rock solid... not even a hint of fade... And this is on the clubman track... in each 60odd sec lap u have to slow down from 160km/h to around 60km/h twice... the brakes gets raped hard....
And also due to the super fkn high coe of friction of 0.6... the hand brakes works awesome.... even with the disc setup i have no problems lockin the rears from anyspeed....

Damn you and your disk brake rears!!! I've been happy with the RB74's so far. What sort of price increase are these over the RaceBrakes?

The Project Mu's are basically double the price... But worth every cent... RB74's are good pads too... Its just that if u race them on the track with semi racing slicks... they cant cope...

"anyone else tried QFM pads before?"

I have, they're an awesome pad, for the price.

I get pretty bad fad, but that's due to my discs being too thin, hm, I should fix that.

Racebrake pads are awesome, i use them. Most excellent brake pads ever, in my opinion. Make my 86 brake very nicely minimal fade, a good, cheap, effective modification to upgrade an otherwise stock brake setup!

anyone used protek rotors on their 86? I've got a front set to suit the jdm caliper & was wondering if anyone had any opinion on them?
