It's probably because there's no new demand for anymore. Or becasue Tokyopop just gave up cus all the Initial D fans just plain don't like what they did to the series with their translations.
Either way, I just plain don't like what they did with the english releases, it's just plain retarded IMO.
Just get the jap ones with subtitles, it'll end up being quicker if you want to watch them all.
