lol i highly doubt it, since they are not 4x100 and i doubt they would make 9/8.5 wide wheels with such little offset, there would be no way in hell that you could put +xx offset 9s on a car and having it clear everything, particularly the shocks

FYI not all hondas are 4x100, jdm integra typeR are 4x114.3 and it is very common for civics to do that upgrade.
