I got a 2.25" mandrel exhaust with a straight through muffler and fixed a huge exhaust leak in the mean time, hoping for more than 104rwkw since a black top 20v ra28 got that figure at the same dyno on another night
expect around 100kw

what gear is that in? and revs?
I believe it was 4th gear and from a few calculations, the peak power is at about 6.3krpms?
sorry for digging up a old thread but where do you get those short trumpets from, Im running the t3 type and want to see the difference when the engine gets a freshen and a run on the engine dyno
My BT made about 182 on a engine dyno
Mate did 20v BT conversion in his aw11 with Haltech ECU
standard 20v BT
some extractors 16v mod to fit 20v
94.2kwrw....i'll try get him to send me the dyno sheet
dose
John, they are made by a japanese company called I.mec, they are actually Porsche tuners! they only made stuff to suit the AE111 when it was eligible for N1 racing.
They really enhance the top end(above 5000rpm)
I just dynoed a really nice small port configuration(264 HKS's, head gasket, 4-2-1's, quad ae111) put out 90rwkw's, we are going to re dyno this week with the I.mecs on, I'm expecting a few more kw's at the top end. We spent around 2 hours altering cam timing, datalogged each run, to see differences, we could get another 2kw's at the top end but at the expense of torque/power up to about 6400rpm. with the cam timing set to an optimal position, it's sharp as in response
Cheers mate, every little bit helps, have to geta set and give them a try when we do the engine and give it a run on Adams dyno
My 86.
Stock 3sge, with 2 inch exhaust all the way through, stock computer.
First power run yesterday with 125.9kw atw non turbo.
I was fair happy with that
