Nevo make a set of underdrive puleys for the 4age, and overdrive pulleys for the 4gze
just looking at some nice tuning products and keep coming across light weight pully kits............
but...
I have never seen or heard of one for the 4age engines..............
---------- anyone know if theres a company/individual that makes such a kit...?
----and----
if I took my OEM pully's to a machinest, how hard would it be for them to make copys in aluminium (light-weight) - - - ie: is there much to this process or not...?
(noting that garage13 - sells kits for other engines..Sr/1J ect for around $150)
(reason I ask, is I will be taking my car to Sydney in 1-2months for some work and the workshop next door is lad that does metal fabrication/machining ect.... so I was thinkin while I was there I could sus some options like this out...)
cheers....................

Bel garage has them off the shelf, but they dont accomidate AC, also have a smaller alt pulley to spin faster. I compared the standard harmonic balancer weight with the alloy one... so light!!!
sweet....
any idea on prices...?
I know nevo has a site... does 'Bel garage....?
cheers..
all good............ both websites found...

..... Nevo dont list prices... or weight (I know they are lighter)
&
..... Bel Garage dont even have any 4age stuff.........??
i emailed them at the start of the year, this is what i got back...

The 164mm pulleys sell for $390, and the 175mm kits sell for $550.
Yes, the torque is the thing you'll notice much more than the increase power. Down low, the 175mm pulley gives about 30-40% more torque, it's very noticable.
