    nope..that aint it.

DLI convertors are for converting 20v distributor to a crank angle sensor, so you dont need to run the dizzy cap, and can therefore fit the 20v in a rwd car, without bashing the firewall, or running aftermarket ecu.

and Anthony Kellam makes about 1 of these every 2 years, so if you're after one, be prepared for a wait

that being said, i've got one atm for sale.

I took my car to an auto electricians, and they took my dash to some place that specialises in that stuff. I think it was getting signal but it had to be converted, so you're on the right track.

i dont know if this will help u....but...we fitted a 101 ze into my mates ae92 and he had the same problem....non coil pack tacho with coil packs....

all he did was buy an ae92 ZE dash cluster and we removed the tacho motor out of it and fitted it into his one....works perfectly and he retains that factory dash look....easy

maybe u can do the same thing with ae86 as the ae92 dash looks pretty similar

    hope this helps

all you have to do is swap the two resistors and the capacitor on the tacho drive board as stated in the PDF above I translated.

So does this apply to the ADM cluster as well? Or do you have to change other components too?
