Bad Smell

Everytime I drive my car it lets of a really foul smell (Nothing like rotten eggs) and is really strong. Any ideas? (4AGE 16V)

oil weeping onto brakes in the rear has a pretty bad smell
burnt clutch smells horrid too

even premium... sometimes its a shit/stale batch.. u often notice it in city traffic when stopped at the lights ect..

but who knows.. could be anything...

sometimes the gasket goes on the plate that hold the axles in and the oil weeps out onto the brakes

My Mum's car gets the same rotten smell and she's got a 2003 Mazda 323. But it's not everyday it's only sometimes. I reckon something crawled up the exhuast got cooked and stuck.
