thats ironic, the person always goin on about animal cruelty and criminal injustice keeps his cat tied up with rope.
it was to keep it from going outside whilst we had the door open to take furniture out of the appartment.

it was for a few mins as we moved furniture outside of the appartment.... to stop my cat IF it were to run outside.... i dont live in perth with a big garden for my cat to run around.
be reasonable and dont assume all these factors without knowing.
