Was just wondering if anyone that owns an imported hachi has a steering colum adjuster?( as in lets you move steering wheel up and down). A friend of mine gave me shit because i didnt know where it was after owning my car for so long n he went to show me and i dont got it....
Anyone know anything?
nope mine doesn't have it.. never had pwr steer, air, tilt adjust.. but it has this weird extra light thing..in the parkers..when you indicate and turn a corner the dual filament bulb in the parker lights up, so you can see an extra 10m or so out to the side.. kinda cool, and my 86 is the only one i have seen do it.. there must be more out there!
I have that weird parker switch! it only turns on your parkers and nothing else, no dash lights nothing pretty cool for when u want to stop the car and just have a little bit of light with out having anything running.
no ha ha not that switch, yeh mine has that..but when your drivng with your normal lights on..when you indicate a 2nd light comes on in the parker..
maybe i got it but never noticed.... my lights are shit. Also dont unplug that parker switch thing or they dont work even if you turn them on at the main switch, I thought i blew a fuse for a month or so untill i pluged it back in.
Mine has it. I also have power steering and A/C. I have that corner light too matty.
Mine has a steering colum adjuster and its ADM, also its non-power steering.
Its a 1985 model though.

i'm glad i don't have pwr steer, or a/c..just more weight for me to take off.. 86's don't need power steering.. unlesss your a girl.. JUST KIDDING!!! ha ha ha
